You will not be charged by My Claim 247 for using our service. We assess your enquiry and refer it to a qualified partner firm. We may receive a referral or marketing fee from that firm. This does not affect your compensation or the quality of service you receive.

3. No Win, No Fee Explained
The solicitor or legal partner we refer you to may offer to handle your claim on a No Win, No Fee basis. This means:

You will not be charged by the solicitor if your claim is unsuccessful.

If your claim is successful, the solicitor may deduct a success fee from any compensation awarded.

The exact fee and terms will be explained to you directly by the solicitor or partner firm before you are asked to proceed.
